The good, the bad, and the unexpected

This hotel has plenty of space, especially in family accommodations. Our king suite came with handy amenities like a full fridge and a comfortable setup. The location is prime for shopping and dining options. issues with cleanliness and inconsistent service leave much to be desired. A mixed bag, indeed.

I really enjoyed the spacious Queen room with two beds and the tasty breakfast that got my day off to a great start. The outdoor swimming pool was a perfect spot to relax in the sun, and the treadmill in the fitness room helped me stay on track with my workouts. Just a heads up, the elevator can get a bit busy during peak times, but it didn’t dampen my overall experience. 🌟

The room layout worked well for my needs, and I found the parking adequate. I asked to change rooms due to noise, and the staff handled it quickly without extra charges. I appreciated their response and attention.

Elevators needed attention as the call buttons sometimes didn’t work. the carpets should be replaced. Breakfast was limited compared to the quality of the facilities.

The parking configuration felt a bit cramped, particularly during busier times, and the breakfast options were basic at best, lacking any standout dishes. The hotel is under renovation, so you might notice some areas needing a bit more care.
